USEFUL INFORMATION
Before considering ordering any code it is worth making sure your radio is not fully locked.
On many SKODA radios, if switched ON ... it should display SAFE ... then 10 seconds later it should display 1000
If it just shows SAFE , then leave it SWITCHED ON WITHOUT INTERRUPTION 
until it has reset itself (this can take 2 hours or more )
If it still shows SAFE , then your radio is fully  locked so can only be reset by taking it into a Radio Decoding Service
